Admin Navigation
How the Admin Console left navigation is organized
Admin Navigation
Admin users see an Admin section in the Workspace sidebar. The menu is organized around everyday admin work: system overview, organization operations, AI capabilities, Agent behavior policies, access control, and runtime infrastructure.
Admin Console
Admin Console is the admin landing page. It shows system metrics, recently updated projects, resource quota summaries, and links to every admin module.
Organization & Usage
Organization & Usage covers platform operations and user governance:
All Projects: browse, filter, and manage every project in the system.User Management: create users, change roles, disable accounts, unlock logins, manage wallets, and control public registration or public bootstrap chat.Tokens & Billing: review 30-day token usage, charge counts, spending, and balances by user and model.
AI Capabilities
AI Capabilities contains global resources that shape what projects can use:
System Model: manage global model configurations and provider connections.Skill Repositories: maintain global Skill repositories and default-enabled Skills.Agent Asset Library: manage global agent, action, runtime, and visualizer repositories and definitions.Shared Assistant Review: review user-shared Assistants and decide whether they should appear as platform templates or pinned recommendations.
Agent Policies
Agent Policies contains global switches and instructions that change Agent behavior:
Web Search: configure Tavily web search, system credentials, user key overrides, and rate limits.Retrieval Memory: configure mem0 retrieval memory and embedding access.Global Chat Prompt: inject admin-managed system instructions into project chats.
Login protection is separated into access control rather than mixed into Agent behavior settings.
Security & Access
Security and access controls currently live in two places:
Login Protection: configure ALTCHA on the login page and server-side verification settings.User Management: manage public registration, public bootstrap chat, account disablement, login locks, and password resets.
Runtime Infrastructure
Runtime Infrastructure manages containers, execution backends, and resource boundaries:
Execution Platform: inspect Docker, Kubernetes, Slurm, or external runtime backend settings.Resource Quotas: configure global CPU, memory, GPU, container concurrency, and built-in runtime defaults.Container Builds: manage image build capability, limits, and build history for project dev mode.Container Mounts: configure fixed mounts attached to project persistent containers and Agent containers.
